I’m Chantal and the founder of Bodyspace health coaching. 


I passionately believe health and wellbeing are the foundation for a life well-lived.  
I'm confident that, with empathetic guidance, it is possible for everyone to make simple lifestyle changes which will enrich their lives.

In founding Bodyspace, I am excited to share my passion and knowledge with my clients.
I do not believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach. I will work with you to identify your challenges and priorities whilst  providing you with bespoke advice.  

My aim is to help my clients achieve their goals in a realistic and sustainable way.

My face-to-face or online consultations combine practical support with coaching in nutrition, exercise, stress management, and mindset to help you build lasting healthy habits.

EXERCISE

Exercise strengthens the body, builds muscle, and helps maintain bone density, while boosting energy, improving mood, and reducing the risk of chronic disease. Regular movement supports healthy aging, resilience, and a strong mind-body connection essential for overall well-being.

WEIGHT MANAGEMENT

Weight management is about creating sustainable, balanced habits rather than quick fixes. It involves nourishing the body with the right foods, staying active, and understanding how lifestyle factors like sleep, stress, and mindset influence weight. By focusing on consistency, mindful choices, and long-term wellness, clients can achieve a healthy weight that supports energy, vitality, and overall well-being, rather than simply chasing a number on the scale.

NUTRITION

Nutrition is the foundation of wellness—fueling every cell, supporting balance, and enabling the body’s natural ability to heal. Food is more than energy; it’s medicine, reducing inflammation, boosting mental clarity, and preventing chronic illness. By choosing whole, nutrient-dense foods, we work with the body to restore harmony and sustain long-term vitality.

STRESS MANAGEMENT

Stress management is essential for overall health, as chronic stress can impact both the body and mind. Techniques like mindful breathing, movement, and quality sleep help regulate the body’s response to stress. 


There are many stress busting techniques that will be discussed and by cultivating healthy coping strategies and awareness, clients can reduce tension, improve focus, and enhance resilience, supporting long-term physical and emotional well-being.
